    The great ‘greek key’ style like the Celtic maybe a version of the Indo-European or ‘aryan’ symbol for eternity ?

    Yes, the second row does look a bit like a swastika.

    I think that there is a suggestion that the lady in question is related to the Pazyryk folk.
